Learn How Family Businesses are Staying Strong in 2020

Eric Aitoro’s family has been running Aitoro Appliance in Norwalk, Connecticut for over 70 years.
As a member of the goTasker community, he has adopted new, digital methods that have increased
his clients’ interest and positioned his business to succeed through our current social conditions.
Here’s what he had to say:

“This has been a great opportunity for us to really ramp up our digital services. We’re finding better
ways to work and better ways to communicate that will stick around after things return to normal.”

In addition to taking the standard precautions, Eric’s business has been approaching client outreach
in new and unique ways that have created positive results. And with the current strain on home appliances caused by increased use, there is now a higher demand for appliance repairs rather than
new purchases. Still, like many goTasker members, Aitoro Appliance is going digital to keep the
gears turning.

Some of our clients like to text or email us directly,” Eric said. “We’re even allowing them to schedule their in-store visits online, which has been very helpful for us.”

Learn more about the digital resources Eric used to adapt his business at “Tools for Construction
Today,” a goTasker webinar on May 19 where
industry experts will share their thoughts and experiences facing the current challenges of 2020.
