Connecticut Realtors are Expecting a Boom in Business Later This Year

TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2020 2:00 PM

Fairfield-based realtor Lis Reed has 20 years of experience showing and selling homes. As a goTasker member, she joined us to share her thoughts on the current state of the industry with the rest of our digital community.

This is a chance to reinvent ourselves” she said “For agent’s like myself this is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our ability to remain agile and put the tremendous technological resources of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services to work for our valued clients. It’s very exciting!

In response to COVID-19, Lis adapted her realtor services to include digital options. She now provides virtual tours of her homes on the market and communicates with prospective buyers through online channels, which she says is far more efficient than traditional methods. Like many goTasker members, Lis has gone digital to ensure the success of her business.

“We can all become more efficient by using technology,” she said. “It’ll also prepare us for future growth in the remainder of 2020.”

During our talk with Lis, she noted how Fairfield County, Connecticut is expected to see a significant boom in the construction industry later this summer. Learn why at “Tools for Construction Today,” a goTasker webinar on May 19 where industry experts like Lis will share their thoughts and experiences facing the current challenges of 2020.
